Meng Wang obtained the M.S. degree in software engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2012, and the Ph.D degree in computer science from Xidian University in 2018. He is currently the Assistant to the Dean of the School of Computer Science, Xi'an Polytechnic University, and is the associate head of the Department of Data Science and Big Data Technology. He is a member of National & Local Joint Engineering Center of New Network Intelligent Information Service, and a member of Shaanxi Key Laboratory of Clothing Intelligence. His core research interests include spatio-temporal big data, machine Learning, time series analysis, data management, and data mining. He has published papers in major venues in these areas such as ICDE, TKDE, CIKM, EDBT, TIST, Bioinformatics and Information Sciences. He has been awarded the second prize for Natural Science Award of Shaanxi Province, the Rising Star Award of ACM Xi'an Chapter, the first prize for "Light of Textile" Higher Education and Teaching Achievement Award of China Textile Industry Federation, the Excellent Award of Shaanxi Undergraduate Colleges' Classroom Teaching Innovation Competition and the Teaching Excellence Award of Xi'an Polytechnic University. His work on movement-aware location selection received Best Paper Award Runner-Up in MDM 2019 and "Sa Shixuan" Best Paper Award in NDBC 2023.

王蒙，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，国际计算机协会(ACM)中国理事会“新星奖”、陕西省自然科学奖、中国纺织工业联合会教学成果奖获得者。西安工程大学计算机科学学院优秀教师，现任计算机科学学院院长助理，数据科学与大数据技术专业副主任，新型网络智能信息服务国家地方联合工程中心和陕西省服装设计智能化重点实验室成员，中国计算机协会(CCF)会员。先后于西安电子科技大学和西安交通大学获得学士学位和硕士学位，2018年于西安电子科技大学获得计算机系统结构专业工学博士学位。研究方向为时空大数据，人工智能，序列数据分析，数据管理和数据挖掘。在ICDE，TKDE，CIKM，EDBT，TIST，Bioinformatics和Information Sciences等国际顶级会议和著名期刊发表多篇学术论文，成果荣获陕西省科学技术奖自然科学奖二等奖，“纺织之光”中国纺织工业联合会高等教育教学成果一等奖，陕西本科高校课堂教学创新大赛优秀奖，IEEE国际会议MDM最佳论文奖，中国NDBC大会“萨师煊”优秀论文奖。
